    The only information that will be made public is that marked in the yellow fields, in order to make personalised badges and for the registration list.

    If you notice a mistake after you have submitted the form, or if your plans change and you have to make a modification, please do not fill another form but send an email to explain your issue at the following address: [email protected]


    No refund can be made after the 1st January, 2024 regardless of the motive.

    Once your registration is confirmed you will receive confirmation by email.

    Within a maximum one-week, you will receive a detailed confirmation of your registration along with your bill which has to be made by cheque or by transfer within 48 hours. This registration is considered effective only after the amount has been credited.
